
The fear of missing out is another illusion, just like any other fear.
Nothing that is meant for you, will ever miss you.
In fact when you flap around trying to not miss something, you lose the ‘quiet’ inside that is needed for you to sense what is needed in the moment.
So when it does come up, learn to sit with it patiently, observing it with kindness.
It dissipates, as you still yourself, as you lean into it.
As you smile gently at it.
And you realise, it was easier than you thought.
