Do I feel as if my knowledge is complete?
No.
Will I ever feel my knowledge is complete?
No.
Will there always be something waiting to be learnt, read, understood, discovered or created?
YES!!
Does the knowledge I already have feel absolute?
No.
Does it feel as though it is written in stone and will not change or evolve as I go through life?
No.
Then do I really need more?
No.
Can I stop? Would it feel like a relief if I simply paused?
Yes.
Stopping. Pausing. Being. Allowing for space.
My phone feels like a reflection of my mind. It is full. More ideas, more learning, recipes, photos, essays, podcasts, things to read, things to listen to, things to remember…
My poor phone is holding so much.
And even if I sat down with urgency and discipline and tried to go through it all, I couldn’t.
Because at the same time, there would always be something more “happening” “out there” that I would feel I needed to catch up with.
There will always be more.
My inner guide once said:
“Nothing to do, nowhere to go, nothing more to teach or learn.”
And suddenly, that feels like such a relief.
To return to a state of no urgency.
To stop trying to fill every space.
To pause.
To simply be.
All of these ideas seem to bring me back to the same place…
Presence.
The mind, the E-prompter, tells me there is something more I need to know, learn, understand or become.
Mind → E-prompter → separation.
The heart reminds me that perhaps nothing is missing.
Heart → Inner Guidance GPS → Oneness.
And so, perhaps, I don’t need to stop learning.
I simply need to stop feeling that I am somehow incomplete without the next thing I learn.
There is time.
There is space.
There is no urgency.
There is just Beingness
