Upcycle or Recycle…what am I choosing to do ?

In each lifetime, and indeed at every moment within each lifetime, we get the opportunity to upcycle our experience by making more conscious decisions and raising our vibrations.

However getting the opportunity does not necessarily equate to us making those decisions.

We can easily slip back into what feels familiar, even if it is not allowing us to evolve or grow and even if it is causing us huge suffering.
We choose to remain in this victim mode either because it is easier to blame than to take creative control over our own lives and experiences or we are conditioned to and seduced by fear, allowing it to take over our lives.

We either upcycle or recycle……..its our choice and we alone are responsible for what we are choosing
